Refunds and Return Policy

You may request a refund or exchange if your item has arrive faulty or is damaged. The item will need to be return at the customers expense within 30 days and must be in it’s original packaging. Please note that returns and refunds can not be accepted due to change of mind and/or if a sealed box has been opened. Once opened, we can not be resell it as a new product.

If you received the wrong, damaged or defective item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Exceptions can be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to ask about it.

Customs and Taxes

Except for Australia and Switzerland, any customs charges and taxes are out of our control and we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and customs and/or the shipping company may charge you additional, taxes, customs or import fees when the products arrive at your country. If you chose not to pay those fees, customs has the right to destroy the items, or send them back. In both cases we will not be held responsible for any loss you incur. If the product gets sent back to us, we will provide you a refund, but you will be responsible pay the shipping cost, and additional return and handling charges.

Other uncontrollable factors

Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of top-automation..com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
Other uncontrollable circumstances outside the control of top-automation..com can not be covered by and do not automatically qualify for a refund. Please contact us and we will do everything in our power to assist you. If, for some reason, the item gets returned to our warehouse we will contact you and discuss if the item should be resend of offer a refund.

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7business days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
