Shipping Policy
We offer express shipping services for most of our product under 200kg so that you can get your production back up again as soon as possible. However, if you’d prefer a more economical shipping option please contact us and we will get that organised.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer express international shipping services that currently operate to most countries and islands worldwide, well, except Antarctica. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouses in China, Taiwan, and Japan, will be shipped by DHL Express or via sea freight if the item is of substantial size and weight. And yes, you can track these packages. For free shipping, your package will be passed to your local postal service for delivery to your chosen delivery location.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We offer express shipping to most countries around the world and last year we’ve sent over 10,000 packets to 89 countries. However, there are some rare locations we are unable to ship to, for example a country affected by war or that has sanctions imposed from internal or external. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS CHARGES AND ANY TAXES?
Except for Australia and Switzerland, any customs charges and taxes are out of our control and we are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and customs and/or the shipping company may charge you additional, taxes, customs or import fees when the products arrive at your country. If you chose not to pay those fees, customs has the right to destroy the items, or send them back. In both cases we will not be held responsible for any loss you incur. If the product gets sent back to us, we will provide you a refund, but you will be responsible pay the shipping cost, and additional return and handling charges.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping time depends on the product ordered and the country you get it delivered to. As a general guideline see shipping times below:
- USA, CA: 3-10 business days
- UK, EU: 3-10 business days
- AU, NZ: 4-10 business days
- All Other Countries: 7-15 business days
LEAD TIMES
For some items there can be a 3-5 days lead time before it gets shipped to you. Should this take longer, we will aim to contact you as soon as we are made aware of it.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact and we will do our best to help you out.
